Learn how to make renowned dishes at our monthly cooking classes, hosted by Executive Chef/Owner Bill Fischer.
Chef Bill will prepare a delicious three-course presentation of original recipes and culinary secrets using the finest, freshest ingredients. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy the meal!
Classes are $40 per person. The price includes each of the 3 courses served to your table, recipes, demonstrations, and plating tips (tax and gratuity are not included). Don't forget, Fischer's Pelican Restaurant is BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite wine, beer, or spirit to pair with your dishes.
