Learn how to make some of our most renowned dishes--and then eat them! At our monthly cooking classes, led by Executive Chef/Owner, Bill Fisher. You will learn how to make a delicious three-course meal from scratch. Find out how your favorite Pelican dishes are made using the finest, freshest ingredients and then, enjoy them firsthand.
Classes are $40 per person. The price includes 3 courses with recipes, demonstrations, platings, and served to your table (tax and gratuity are not included). Don't forget, Fischer's Pelican Restaurant is BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer to pair with your dish.
